These terms apply when you use this website and when you book a planning package through it. Please read them before you book.
What this service is
We provide trip-planning advice and itineraries for independent travel in Ethiopia. We are not a tour operator: a package is a planning service, not a booked tour, unless we separately confirm a booking with you in writing.
Booking a package
A package is reserved once we confirm payment. The price, inclusions and timing shown when you book are the terms that apply to your package, even if we change them later.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your plans and preferences.
- Hold valid travel documents and any visas you need.
- Tell us about health, mobility or dietary needs that may affect our advice.
- Consider travel insurance that suits your trip.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Because planning calls and itineraries take real time to prepare, refunds for a cancelled package are considered case by case.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you booked continue to apply to that package.
