For over a decade I've guided travellers through Ethiopia's wonders and complexities: first-time visitors and returning explorers, documentary filmmakers and diaspora families, solo adventurers and diplomatic delegations. I've stood in the hidden cave churches of Tigray, arranged sunrise liturgies in Lalibela at 4am, negotiated passage through the Omo Valley, and watched the Danakil Depression turn the sky orange at dawn.
